Rezigco B2C was a data aggregation platform for people buying or renting a home. Rather than just listing properties, it gave users contextual data about areas — schools, transport, crime, amenities — so they could make more informed decisions.
The Problem
Buying a home is the biggest financial decision most people make, yet it's made on incomplete information. Property portals show the house. Nobody shows what it's actually like to live there.
What We Built
A web platform that pulled open-source and public data from multiple sources, presenting it alongside property searches. Users explored neighbourhoods holistically — not just square footage and price. Over 50 detailed area reports were generated during the pilot.

What We Learned
The product had real resonance — 50+ reports generated without marketing. The challenge was time-to-market. By the time we were ready, generalist AI tools had started providing similar answers conversationally. We needed to go deeper, which led to the B2B pivot.
The Opportunity
The B2B version of this data layer has clear commercial applications with housing platforms and real estate agencies wanting to offer richer data to their users.
